Seasoned Skewers

Callisons Seasoned Skewers. Crafted from untreated Maine wood and flavored naturally with oils and herbal extracts, the sticks infuse food from the inside out, giving it more punch than a typical marinade.

Choose an essence (Thai coconut lime, garlic herb, citrus rosemary, Indian mango curry, honey bourbon, or Mexican fiesta), jam it in your chosen victim (poultry, beef, pork, fish, seafood, or veggies), and let it sit for ten to fifteen minutes before cooking (grill, bake, pan sear, or roast).

For an added kick, soak the sticks in wine or beer before inserting them. The skewers are totally fat and sodium free, so there’s no need to feel guilty.
